BURGERS AT THE END OF NOWHERE

Art Experience
Amador City, CA
2022

TRAVERSO’s first body of pop art was released to the world through an opening event. On display all day, TRAVERSO invited friends and family to a hosted viewing with merch, sunset DJ set, wine and of course, burgers.

Using a pop icon, the burger, as an representation of self, TRAVERSO’s work is ultimately a set of portraits chronicling his life. Starting in black and white and eventually erupting into color, the art illustrates his continuous journey of self.

Burgers are a occurring theme in much of TRAVERSO’s pop art exploration. Viewed as a symbol of Americana, equity and diversity.
